Day 6 – Life
6 ways to live a harmonious life:
- Set goals and focus – We must set goals in our life. It can be yearly, monthly, weekly, or daily. It can be small or big but there should be a goal to look forward to in life. You can check the following article on goal: How to write about professional and personal goals
- Give some time daily to self-care – We are always busy in our life. We have professional commitments and personal responsibilities to handle but do not neglect the self-care routine in your life. You need to take care of your health, body, and mind daily. If you are healthy then everything goes fine in life but if you neglect your self-care, you may lose the enthusiasm sooner or later in life.
- Connect with nature – Take nature walks regularly, plant some trees, or buy some indoor plants for your room. You can also volunteer for environmental protection initiatives. When you feel overwhelmed in your life, go and hug a tree that has been standing there for years as a provider of shelter, food, and oxygen.
- Practice forgiveness – Practicing forgiveness works as bliss in life. When you forgive someone, you let go of the resentment you have been keeping inside you that is making you restless. If you have made mistakes in life, learn the lesson and forgive yourself too so that you can move ahead in life. When you do not forgive others, you get stuck at a time and situation that is no longer serving a good purpose.
- Start gratitude journaling – You are always blessed with something or the other. Rather than comparing your life with others that show you what you lack, express gratitude for what you have. When you start journaling, focus on what went well every day and express that you are grateful for all that you have in your life. You can have ambitions to do better in life but in this process do not ignore the blessings that you already have. - Stay debt-free – Staying debt-free helps you to live a harmonious life. When you do not owe anyone anything, you feel free and at peace at heart and soul.
Life can be summed up as a series of events that become our past, present, and future. It is surrounded by enormous types of emotions and people. Our life goes on and we form our goals, vision, and missions for ourselves and others.
We may want a lot of things out of life but are we grateful for the life we have. What are you doing to make it harmonious?
Take action to create a life you want for no one will do it for you. Your life and purpose are your responsibilities so take them and live them wisely. Choose to live a life that is meaningful in some way and the rest will follow.

Day 7 – You
Who are you? What do you aspire to become? We have so many questions bubbling inside of us. When you try to know a little more about yourself, you come closer to the acceptance of who you are.
Love the person you have are, as no one is perfect and everyone is fighting an internal battle to become something they are not. Love yourself for the efforts you put down to grow in life and do not forget to appreciate your journey so far.
You are capable of changing your life on your own. Search within and you will get all the answers that you need.

Day 8 – Free
Nothing comes for free in life, be it entertainment, happiness, success, growth, and all that exists. You always have to take action and give your precious time to get it. You have to work smart and hard, persevere, love, take care of family bonds, health, and mental peace, and it’s not a one-day goal. It is a daily responsibility that we need to take.
Free your mind of all the doubts that do not let you grow, that do not let you be happy. Let the opinions and judgments of others not lower your self-confidence. No one can make you feel anything other than yourself.
Our anxious minds and over-pressured societal norms make us think too much about what we do in our life, what we eat, what we own, where we go, and what we achieve. Free yourself from all the control that it has on you today. You were never born so that everyone around you can be happy. Because the truth is even though you try hard, not everyone will appreciate you.

Day 9 – Pain
Pain is a strong emotional word. Be it a loss of a beloved, a job, a note, or a memory, the pain is irreplaceable. It is possible to heal our pain with time, self-love, and trying each day but it is not an easy path. It keeps us in our past and breaks us from inside. Many songs take us deeper into our painful experiences and many heal us too. So choose wisely. So choose wisely. This word version will explore the songs that bring out the emotions through the words.
Always remember the pain you feel after being broken is temporary but it will lead us to a transformation that will be ever-lasting and will get better with time. Do not suppress your pain. Let it flow out of our hearts. Cry it out, talk to a friend, clean your room, get a spa day, a break from work, talk to a therapist if needed, and everything that is required to heal emotionally and spiritually.

Day 10 – Me
“Me” becomes a selfish word when we only think about ourselves but it is self-love when we give time to ourselves to heal, enjoy life and activities, and love the person we are. Choose self-love over everything and you do not owe any explanation to anyone for taking care of yourself and making yourself a priority.
