I am feeling really happy to start the 30-Day Gratitude Challenge and hope it will bring light to your life. Gratitude is a practice that transforms life and moves us closer to well-being.
When you initially start practicing gratitude, you may wonder when will you get to see the change and how is it making any difference in your life. But with time, you will notice that you have started forming a positive approach towards life and situations.

Day 2 – Gratitude Challenge – Be aware of 5 things around you that are important
Welcome to Day 2 of the Gratitude Challenge. Most of us are there but not truly present in our lives. If you think about it now, you will realize that your mind drifts back and forth between the past and the future. You are not truly there in the present moment and everything around you is taken for granted because you do not realize how important they are unless they are not there in your surroundings. It can be people, or things that you use daily.
Day 3 – Gratitude Challenge – Strangers you meet
Welcome to the Day 3 of the Gratitude Challenge. We often meet strangers while traveling or going somewhere new, like joining college, a nearby coaching class, or a workshop. When we go to a new place like going to a workshop, we hardly know anyone and feel anxious about getting judged and how we will make it in the workshop with strangers.
Day 4 – Gratitude Challenge – One thing that makes you happy
Welcome to Day 4 of the Gratitude Challenge. Today we will reflect and try to find the one thing that makes you happy. The thing that makes you happy does not have to be very huge. It can be as small as getting a self-care day or some flowers and cooking a good meal. It can be all you love to do that truly makes you happy and does not merely fill your Instagram posts for others.
Day 5 – Gratitude Challenge – Something that eases your stress
Welcome to Day 5 of the Gratitude Challenge. Today we will remind ourselves what eases our stress and brings us peace and happiness when we need it most. Look around and try to see if there was anyone or anything that helped you overcome a problem or a situation that caused you stress and be thankful for that.
