Today we will uncover a new 30-Day Challenge which is the 30-Day Healthy Eating Challenge. Through this challenge, we will participate with the determination to include healthy eating in our daily lives. We are so busy with our work, thoughts, and problems that we often forget that our health suffers too.
Stress triggers us to binge on a pack of chips or go for a bucket of ice cream or a chocolate bar. In this process, we do not notice that to come out of one problem, we have not cared about our health and put it at risk. By the time the current problem takes a leave, you might have invited another by not taking care of your health. One of the biggest factors in taking care of your health is through adopting the habit of healthy eating.
This challenge is going to be more challenging who are used to giving in to their cravings easily.
How to take the challenge:
- For the next 30 days, there is one healthy eating habit for each day
- Take the activity and perform it
- Caution: If you feel uncomfortable with the activity, take the last one that you took and continue
- Do not give up
