30-Day Meditation Challenge – Balance is the key
Mental peace and balance are the most important things that we need to have in our life. For achieving that, we need to include meditation regularly. Only when you start meditating regularly and consistently, you will get to experience the benefits.
Benefits of Meditating regularly:
- Managing stress in our daily life
We go through a lot of stress in our daily life. Sometimes we can maintain our mental peace but somedays we do not have any control over our minds and we give in to anger, hatred, and grief. We feel helpless and miserable. We lose balance in our life. Meditation helps you deal with the stress and also helps you create a balance in the inside and outside world.
If you create a balance inside yourself, you can create a balance outside too. Stress takes away a lot of our positive energy and we are left with emotions that never let us stay happy. A lot of things happen in our lives and many will happen in the future too. We cannot control the events but what we can control is how we choose to act upon them. Do not give any reaction. Accept the situation, find a solution if any and if not, then let it go. It is okay to cry for a while but do not continue it for too long otherwise you may lose the balance again.

When you meditate, you improve your ability to keep your mind in the present moment. You are aware of what is happening around you and get to know about yourself too. This helps you lower the possibility of overthinking. Overthinking never lets our mind stay in the present moment and when we worry too much about our future, we remain anxious all the time which is not good for our health.
- Manage relationships in a better way
It helps you improve the quality of relationships. When you are balanced and in a good state of mind, you will be able to focus on the relationships that are important in your life. You will spend time keeping your relationships lively. When your mind is a mess, you will create a mess in your personal life too. Meditation helps you improve the way you deal with the people in your life.
When the people are happy around you, you will too feel happy and relaxed.
There are endless benefits of meditating regularly. I have listed the three most important ones. There are other benefits like improving mood, boosting creativity, and staying happy and blissful.
How to take the challenge:
You can start meditation with a timer of 1 min. Practice the meditation for 1 min and then gradually increase it to 5 min then 10 and finally to 30 min. Nothing happens overnight and so take it slow and steady. It will work perfectly.
There are many types of meditation. Some of them are Mindfulness Meditation, Chakras Balancing Meditation, and Loving-kindness meditation. These meditation types are very effective. There are many others too. Explore and check what works best for you.
