Welcome to Day 6 of the Gratitude Challenge. Today we will talk about reflecting on our relationship with our parents. There will always be differences of opinion between our parents and us and we might think they do not understand us. But all they are trying to do is be better parents and they deal with us based on their experiences.
Day 7 – Gratitude Challenge – Gifts you loved till now
Welcome to Day 7 of the Gratitude Challenge. Gifts are surprises that keep us happy and connected with the people we love. Today we will practice to feel gratitude for all the gifts we have received till now. Gifts can be anything. It can be something materialistic or can be someone’s precious time, someone’s legacy, or a gift from the Almighty.
Day 8 – Gratitude Challenge – 10 Things in Nature
Welcome to Day 8 of the Gratitude Challenge. Today we will express our gratitude for Nature. As there is no end to the number of things we can express gratitude for, I have made it 10 Things in Nature. Close your eyes and think for a few minutes about Nature. What appears in your mind? Do you see trees, rainbows, the waterfalls you visited last month, or the trek you did?
Nature is so vast, nurturing, and giving, that the list of the things shall never end. Here I will try listing out 10 things that you can be grateful for today to Nature.
Day 9 – Gratitude Challenge – 5 Things you love about yourself
Welcome to Day 9 of the Gratitude Challenge. Today we will discuss self-love and think about the 5 things you love about yourself. We will express gratitude to ourselves today for being able to see the good in ourselves. Nowadays we are becoming very occupied and distracted with everything around us and also affected by others. That is why it is essential to remind ourselves that life is good and no one is perfect so embrace yourself with the black and white you see in yourself.
Day 10 – Gratitude Challenge – People Who Inspire
Welcome to Day 10 of the Gratitude Challenge. Today we will be expressing gratitude for all the people who inspire us daily and keep us going forward. Life is full of ups, downs, and plateaus. We do not feel good all the time and we also do not feel bad all the time. But when we feel low, just spending time with friends and talking to them lifts our mood. People who inspire you to keep going can be anyone.
